Mom's Family 2014 Desk Planner

This is my third planner (third year!) and I hope that they never stop producing this one. The extra pages are wonderful for jotting down notes, making a grocery/to do list on the go, etc., etc., etc... and just love the funny drawings/cartoons. The pockets are great for holding appointment cards, shopping lists, "stray $100 bills", etc. The cover is EXTREMELY durable and it's either on my desk at work or in my purse. I don't go anywhere without it. Lots of room to write in appointments, reminders, etc. for each day. Great that you can flip the page and see a week at a time. Used to have one of those other planners, but the pages weren't substantial enough and were easily ripped, smudged, and I would have had to purchase an accessory like a pocket to keep track of small appointment cards and such. I only have ONE issue with this planner - I use a post-it to mark the current week (after a couple months it gets pretty squished and has to be replaced). My only suggestion is to put in some sort of page-marker where you can easily flip the book to the current week.

I had one for 2012, 2013, and now 2014. Each week has two columns, one for mom's stuff and the other for other family member appointments. There are a couple sheets of fun little stickers that can be used to highlight birthdays, dentist appts, etc. There are lots of sheets in the back for creating shopping lists. These pages are scored to tear out easily. There are enough pages in the back that I also use the shopping list pages to write out my monthly budgets. There are also pages for keeping track of contacts and other notes. The bright yellow cover makes it easy to locate in a pile of papers and bills. It's also a good size to work with, approx 6"x9". The artwork throughout the planner is fun and cheery. There is a pocket in the front and the back that is handy for storing bills, receipts, tickets, etc. A great planner for busy moms!

I *love* this desk planner. It's the right size - big enough to jot notes in the daily squares, but small enough to stick in my purse and take along if I need to. I love the separation of each day into MOM's stuff and FAMILY's stuff so I can find things quickly. The stickers are nice, but I don't use them very often - they take up room in the note space and there's not that much room to spare. If it's a really special day, the stickers are a fun thing. The binder on this calendar is awesome. I flip pages constantly and it takes a ton of abuse and keeps on flipping. The pocket in the front I use for all kinds of notes, grocery lists, Parent Teacher reminders, coupons. Sadly, have not found any stray one hundred dollar bills yet.

I buy this planner every year! I love the way it is set up. Sturdy cover with pockets in both front and back. Fun stickers to use through out the year. the tear out grocery lists come in very handy. Even in the days of electronic filing, I still keep all my important phone numbers in the contact section of the book.

Love it, but with some minor grouches. I wish I had more space to write in the boxes next to the days, but having already gone through one last year, I still love it. It's whimsical, fun, cute, and the stickers make me smile. I haven't really found use for the lists in the back, but I have used the note taking section. The pockets don't hold things in them as well as they should, so you might want to use a bulldog clip for that. Also, I wish there was a cute marker for the page you are on, as it is I use a sticky tab to flip to my correct page. Again a well placed paperclip or bulldog clip might be useful here too. This is great for moms trying to maintain some organization over their family and little ones' events. It's great for grab and go. Be prepared though for people to possibly have commentary for you if you are carrying it- be it good or ill (depending on your surroundings). It may be a good idea to only use for ones' private life and use a professional looking one for work. Again, it depends on your surrounds. Overall it's wonderful and a must have for a mom who just wants to have fun yet stay organized and know what day it is! :)

For a full-time working mother with 3 VERY active kids running in all different directions, this day planner is the BEST! The beauty of this planner is in the lay out of the pages. Each person in the family has a row to keep their activities organized. No more little calendar square to try to fit everyone's daily events into. This is my 3rd Sandra Boynton planner and I wouldn't dare trade it for any other, EVER!! The brilliant lay-out is exactly that, BRILLIANT!! Thank you for the best planner ever invented for a very busy mom of very active kids!!

This is the 2nd year that I've used this planner because I loved it so much. It's a compact size 6 1/2 x 8", but bright yellow so you can find it easily. It has pockets in the front and back to hold the never ending papers that you need. Love the 2 columns to write in and the stickers to jazz it up. The tear out blank lists in the back are great too for keeping organized.

AWESOME DAYPLANNER/CALENDAR....I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER!!!!! GREAT AMOUNT OF SPACE FOR ALL YOUR FAMILY PLANNING, GREAT LAYOUT AND CUTE PICTURES, LOVE IT!

This is such a great planner for someone who is super organized and visual like me. The stickers are fun and I adore the HUGE amounts of space to write things down in.

This is my 4th year of purchasing this diary. It has everything anybody could want in a diary. It 's humorous but professional. The pages are divided into Mum (I use for work) and Family. The back is well laid out with several pages for everything you need to have handy - from contact numbers to special notes for my novel or symphonic work or whatever!! Then there are those, so handy, tear out lists for shopping, daily to do tasks or whatever and, finally, the front and back covers have sturdy pockets on the inside to keep receipts, tickets - or stray £50 notes!! I don't go anywhere without it.

Ich kaufe den Planner immer als Geschenk für meine Mama. Sie mag ihn sehr, die Illustrationen sind sehr niedlich und er ist praktisch. Mit vielen Einkaufslisten und süßen Stickern ist sie sehr gut organisiert - auch wenn sie keine schulpflichtigen Kinder mehr hat. I'm buying this planner as a gift for my mom every year. She loves it, the illustrations are very cute and the planner is really handy. A lot of checklists for grocery shopping and the little stickers make her being well organized - although she doesn't have kids in school anymore.

Je deja eu le calendrier Mom's family calendar, qui est super avec un colonne pour chaque membre de la famille. L'agenda n'a que deux colonnes, une pour la maman et seuleument une 2eme colonne pour le reste de la famille. Pas vraiment pratique. Je suis tres deçue.

I have previously used the wall calendar and loved the stickers and pockets. This year I purchased the desk planner as it was easier to keep everyone up to date with activities and outings as not so much wall to hang calendar after house move. The stickers are still good fun. Plenty of room for all events so far but can always write on the facing page if necessary. There are handy pockets to keep things together at the back and front cover. Good product and would recommend.
