Audio Video Pier Free Standing Media Cabinet (Black Oak)

Worked great for us, fit in with the color scheme of most of the things around it (black speakers and sub, most electronics in it are black). We use it as to hold all our electronics next to our wall mount TV, receiver, game consoles, harmony hub, etc. Holes in the back are good for the cable routing (speaker cable, ethernet, power). We hide one surge protector and an ethernet switch in the bottom area, another surge protector underneath (lots of devices...). Seems sturdy, and was the perfect height and width for our situation.

Would have been 5 Star if it had instructions and would have been 1 star if I have never assembled cabinets like this. I couldn't filing them anywhere online.Either way a couple beers an an hour later, I had a completed cabinet.It looks good and they sell these on other websites too, which is how I found pictures to use as a template for putting this together.I would have called or emailed the company if I had time, but once it was open and everything was out, I decided to just wing itIt did come out solid. Directions would have cut my time in half and it looks great. It's deep enough for our electronics.

It’s an inexpensive version of what I needed. Because of that, it’s barely sized to house my home theater receiver. Don’t place any electronic device that emits a bunch of heat (my Xbox one x) on the top inside shelve because the front lip at the top doesn’t allow the hot air to escape very well. (I ended up cutting a couple holes in the back panel to install two usb powered fans to exhaust the heat.)Good, “solid” (it is MDF, after all), and east to assemble. Holds a lot of stuff.

I have had this piece for over one month now. I am super happy with it so far. It was pretty easy to put it together. I did most of it by myself! I love the color and it is much sturdier than its price would suggest. It came with plenty of shelves. I even have one extra which is very rare. The bottom section with the door holds my printer and the upper open shelves house my receiver, blue-ray, cable box and even some cds. This is exactly what I needed and I am so glad that I purchased it!

I normally don't put reviews, but i have to give warning to you. After I ordered this, it did not show or update any tracking info on amazon. Once I opened the box, a lot of scratch and all the material are very cheap particle board, poor quality, easily broken. Door hinge is not aligned so the glass door is not completely shut. I tried many ways to adjust the door, but no luck. This is piece of crap. Please don't waste your money and time.

The description is wrong, NO sliding glass doors! I bought two of these for a audio/visual cabinets for a client. I would have sent them back except the customer did not mind the fact the cabinets did not have sliding glass doors. Please correct the description or send the right product.

It took my husband and It took 2 hours to build this canbnet but boy was it worth the time. It looks great and is the perfect size. TIP: when putting on the the bottom piece be sure to have the predrilled hole side facing out because you will be adding feet. We attached upside down, nailed down the back cover before we figured it out. The locking system is AWESOME. I wish I invented it, I'd be a millionaire! Well worth the money.

Sturdy thing, and stable! Not bad for assembly, and makes for a nice setup on either side of a tv stand.Doors can be installed to open either way. Has printed on wood patterning, so keep that in mind if you're matching it to solid black furniture. They're also a little shorter than imagined, but pretty sure that's my mistake.
