However, I'd advise against giving it to people who don't drink because they're less likely to open it and share it with you, which is kind of what you hope for when you buy somebody good vodka at Christmas, right? It's like a lottery ticket present. It's customary if it's a winner to give half to the person that gave it to you. The consistency changes a bit and becomes slightly thicker, while the flavor becomes far more pleasant and truly enjoyable.
