I really enjoy this product. Just that for me, it isn’t cost effective. I live at the end of the water supply chain in my town, and as a result impurities build up, so therefore the filters don’t last as long as they otherwise would if I lived in a different part of town.I can no longer justify the cost of filters for the unit (this one is $50, and instead of getting a year’s use from it, the water impurities cut the use down to -8 months).When we first moved to this home 35 years ago we had a whole-house water filter installed, and it didn’t work out because of the quick buildup of sediment etc. I should have learned from that experience.
