I’m an Uber driver and the previous two years I had bought mounts that broke. The strength of the magnet causes the screw behind the magnet to fracture. (many of the mounts available, especially the cheaper brands are designed with the function of the bolt behind the magnet). I tried two separate brands recently and it happened to both, but not immediately. After some research, I bought this brand. Instead of having a bolt that screws on to tighten the magnet, it comes fastened to the entire mount in a more secure manner. I have waited a while to give this review because I wanted to test it. This is the best option have found. Over several years I bought mounts from Amazon and some from various stores. I have purchased at least six altogether. I’d say the quality here is good. The magnet is strong, but not overly powerful to cause damage. It attaches to your dashboard or window with an extension that is decent. The suction cup does not leave residue, but it attaches to glass with ease. But please note! (Attaching to glass provides more stability than attaching to a dashboard). If you intend to attach it to your dashboard, the chances are greater that it will require adhesive with time. Regarding the phone: I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and there is no problem. It attaches regardless of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and its weight. Now, if you don’t like this option, there is only one other option that I have found works, but it isn’t pleasant. You can buy a magnet to attach to your phone case and then attach it to a powerful magnet you can buy specifically for a the magnet. In recent times, the magnets for the phone case have become smaller and less cumbersome. But it requires carrying around some extra weight, some extra bulk, and it tarnishes the phones appealing look. And what if you change, phones or cases? The magnet, attached to the phone case, is secured by incredibly powerful glue and transferring it to another phone while possible, leaves a mess and attaches less securely on additional cases. Also note, the type of case you have will affect the adhesion. These are my recommendations.

I’ve tried so many car mounts, and this is the first one that truly holds up. I’m impressed with this MagSafe car mount, especially when mounted on the windshield. The suction strength is excellent, it stays firmly in place without slipping, even on bumpy roads. The magnetic connection is strong, keeping my phone secure while still making it easy to attach and remove. Overall, it’s stable, reliable, and feels well-made. I’ll definitely purchase another one for our other car. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

Amazing suction great MagSafe holder don’t budge

Didn’t think I would like this but tried it anyway. It is easy to setup with plenty of parts that can be used to connect it to the vent or on the dash.

I don’t usually leave reviews but when I do it counts. I have literally been through 30 different car mounts. I knew I wanted MagSafe . So simple to just throw your phone on it and it sticks. But the tricky part was not finding a strong magnetic hold. The tricky part was finding something that actually stuck to the dashboard. I went through multiple expensive adhesive mounts and used a lot of goo gone every time I would go out to my car the whole thing would be on floor. Even after following precise instructions. No matter how good you do it , when extreme heat or cold comes they fall off. Until this gem. I was very anti suction cup bc it’s “old school”. Well it works. It doesn’t fall off. It keeps your phone up and if you want to move it you can . No marks on dashboard . And you can do window as well. It comes with a vent one if that is what you want . All around the best car mount I have ever used. That is the last one I’ll need! Buy it ! And the price is great !!

Great mount sticks great! Has everything you need and holds my heavy phone no problem! Tried the vent one as well and it works great! Ended up buying a second one for my wife's car.

The phone holder does work as the seller claims, it is holding very well on my Toyota Sienna dashboard which has no real good spots attach any phone holder, but this one is holding tight and has they to come off at all due to the heat. I just attached a second smaller holder as well that rotates since the holder does not let you rotate the easily.

Doesn’t stick to anything. Useless sadly and I accidentally ripped the packaging opening so can’t return. Really a waste.
