EDIT I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY SENT A NEW ONE, AND IT HAS THE SAME ISSUE DIFFERENT ERROR MESSAGE WILL BE RETURNING THIS ONE AND KEEPING MY MONEY AS EVEN WITH A NEW MACHINE IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. It keeps giving me an error and is fully charged can’t get it to work to save my life

I got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loved it. Uses it all the time.

Had to return the first one, as the print cartridge jammed after the third successful print, and ejected several sheets unprinted. Second printer did the same after almost using half the cartridge.
