I bought these cards to compare with the Fitdeck Exercise cards. Workoutlabs are my favorite!I like the quality and the design of the cards.Only thing to wish for is a more protective case for storing the cards.5 of 5 stars!

Great product, excellent service!
The cards are great and as expected. However, I am writing this review because of the excellent customer service. Their was a problem, not caused by WorkoutLabs, and the didn't hesitate to fix it. Even though the mistake was not theirs to fix.Above and beyond.

Great little cards - love that there are also cards ...
Great little cards - love that there are also cards with pre-planned workouts that you can follow which include how many sets, length of each set and how long to rest in between. I have tendonitis so I was able to customize even these workouts by switching out the cards that didn't work for me (e.g. pushups). The pictures on the front are super clear and then there are directions on the back. The cards seem to be well made and won't easily bend or tear...my young kids have already stepped on them in an effort to 'help' me during my work out and the cards were undamaged. Definitely recommend.

If you cant make the gym, get these cards
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. She gets off late and rarely have time to make it to the gym, so I got these to help her accomplish her fitness goals. I started using them for when I couldnt make it to the gym myself and its not just for women. These cards help me keep my core tight, and has detailed descriptions on how to do each exercise. Its also great to do with a partner. Highly recommend for moms or people that cant make the gym or pay for gym membership!

Good for small spaces
These workouts are good for me to do in the tiny space of my bedroom. The only flaw I found is that two of the cards are mix-matched. The title of the card and photo in the front do not match the description of the workout. For example: Side Leg Swings has the description of Forward Leg Swings and Forward Leg Swings has the description of Side Leg Swings. Good thing I'm familiar with these or I would be like, "huh?" Oh and these are plastic cards that are really slippery. One accidental wack and it will go flying under the bed.

Underwhelming — exercises are way too easy
I used these cards for the first time today (women’s version). I did the full-body workout prescribed on one of the routine cards. I am very underwhelmed — barely broke a sweat. I liked the idea of having a set of exercises so that I didn’t have to do the mental work of planning my own workout, but honestly this didn’t even feel like a workout.
