Incredible Sound, User Interface, and Battery
This is for potential buyers, as I'm sure this company doesn't need my review, but these headphones are incredible. I did a bit of research looking for some 3D audio gaming buds while using my Legion Go, and I'm beyond thrilled I got these. Not sure where to begin. So many great features between the ANC and transparency modes, these can cancel out some real noise. I work in a noisy environment and had no problem hearing everything going on in Call of Duty. Usually footsteps would be muffled and drowned out by the noise but the ANC is next level. The quick tap features allow for switching between ANC/ Transparency modes or Bluetooth and the 2.4hz connector flawlessly. I can go from gaming and waiting in a lobby to watching something on my phone to pass time without a hitch. The battery is also insane. I played for a solid hour with ANC on and the battery only got to 88%! I'm tempted to use these for my console gaming, they're that good. I haven't even scratched the surface of the app features. I would highly recommend these for gaming and everything in general. The charging case is very minimal and ease to pocket. Absolutely worth the price of admission.

Poor build quality and terrible support.
I have had these for about 7 months, and in that time I have had two instances where the case will not charge. It's happening right now as I write this. The support website for Steele Series is almost impossible to navigate, it took me so long to open a ticket using their automated "AI" system because my issue wasnt listed and it refused to connect me to an Agent. Once it did I was able to open a ticket but the charging function started working again on its own, so I didn't follow up on it. That was a bad idea because here I am now with the same issue. A factory reset does not resolve the problem and their support is impossible to reach. The sound quality is amazing, and there is no lag. But I wouldn't recommend them based on poor build quality and terrible support.

Good but not perfect
Ok so these buds are nice. They fit well in my ears and feel comfortable. Sound quality is ok. The ANC isn’t the best. I can hear some background noise when it’s silent. The dongle works very well. No lag at all. I’ve used the dongle on an Xbox series S and have no issues when it come to gameplay and chat.I also tried to connect to a Nintendo Switch. No issues when it come to gameplay but there is no chat available.I’ve been using the soundcore vrp10 and while playing Fortnite I am able to chat with team no issues. The same goes for the PrismXR earbuds. No issues.Very disappointed that these Gamebuds by a very well known headset maker wouldn’t have a way to get this issues resolved.Software, steelseries. Gg, is easy to use on both PC and mobile.

Best in class PC earbuds
I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been waiting for a pair of earbuds with this feature set to hit the market for some time and had to let the people know this finally hits all the marks. These are by far the best earbuds in this category but need a little bit of setup to get them to their full potential. First switch the dongle to pc if using on pc and make sure to download the Arctis app on your phone or the Steelseries sonar app on your pc. Next TURN OFF THE VOLUME LIMITER I don’t know why this setting is on by default but it keeps the volume underpowered. Next pick an EQ and these earbuds come to life. The Baldurs gate 3 preset is a good starting point for general listening.I’ve previously tried the soundcore vr p10 which were just ok. The sound quality, fit, controls and battery life were all lacking. These improve on all those faults. Wireless range isn’t super far but I can still get to my toilet so no big deal.Super stoked to have a good sounding pair of low latency 2.4ghz earbuds with all the features!

LOVE these earbuds, no more headphone irritation
Love these buds for gaming, and helped ALOT with my head and ear irritation from headphones. These sound great on flat mode. They also can sound better on gaming preset modes you can check to download. (So do check them)Somewhat odd, they install multiple sound sources to select on your speakers taskbar, which was a little weird at first to get used to and see which to select. As some people noted, ANC Active noise cancelling, is ok. Just OK.This is my first experience with ANC. I loved it at first. However, having it on, adds sound distortion to beginning of words and sounds, similar to a "ch" cound. It became quite annoying after a few days. I looked into adjustments, and finally just turned it off, which worked great - no more distortion, and incidentally, sound was still quite muffled from outside due to being an earbud.I get about 9-10 hours on these with battery. I did find that some of the time, if getting up to go to bathroom, and it lost the signal, it would not reconnect until I put back in cradle, and then took back out after a few seconds. Now, I just place them loose on my desk if getting up for anything.I have not used my old Xbox gaming headphones since I got these a couple of weeks ago, and love them.

Decent but Far From Perfect
Bought these headphones a couple months ago and started out really liking them. Comfortable for all day wear, the app allows for sound customization, and the dongle is much more reliable then Bluetooth when using on PC. Now that I’ve used them daily for 8+ hours over the past couple months, they definitely have problems. They shut off at seemingly random intervals when music or videos are paused, sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes an hour. If you try turning them back on when they shut off, they will immediately turn back off requiring you to wait a few minutes before turning them back on. Half the time they don’t charge when you put them back in the case, and my right earbud picks and chooses if it wants to turn on depending on the day. The microphone quality is abysmal when used on PC, which was extremely disappointing considering I was hoping to use them with Teams for meetings. Overall pretty unsatisfied with their performance and would not recommend these to anyone looking for earbuds in this price range.
