Additive-free beetroot-plus supplement that helps with energy
If this review were based purely upon beetroot then I would say considering the options available elsewhere (especially in powder form) this is an expensive way of buying it. However, the saving grace is the added grape seed extract which works synergistically with it, (which looking at the pricing of alternatives on Amazon tends to better support the price here). Other than that, capsules for many people may be preferable to mixing powders, and understandably, not everyone wants to eat beetroot from the garden or supermarket, so will value the convenience here. However they're taken or eaten, beetroot and grape seed extract are packed with nutrients and other healthful compounds so are a valuable addition to the diet. For me though, the supplement gives me an energy boost, which is appreciated at both home and work. If it also delivers the further benefits claimed then that's a bonus. One good thing is that it’s a pure and natural product without additives, which is really what I'm after. On the whole I think this is a reasonable supplement, and worth a go to see how one gets on with it.

Slightly Confused
If, like me, you can’t abide the taste of fresh beetroot in any form (raw, pickled or as a liquid etc) then tablet/capsule form is the way forward. I’ve been taking beetroot as a supplement for several years now, as there are a range of potential benefits for heart health, including the possible reduction of blood pressure, cholesterol and blood circulation. My personal monitored experience has been positive, while beetroot also acts as an antioxidant and contains fibre, vitamins B6/B9, C, magnesium, potassium and iron.I’ve never had this particular brand before, which contains just 1000mg of beetroot and is classed as “high potency” within their advertising material and on the jar. This has left me a little perplexed, as my existing tablets contain 9000mg per serving and I take two together as instructed. So that’s 18,000mg daily versus just 2000mg and another 40mg of grape seed extract with Vinco. Grape seed may also help reduce blood pressure but research uses “may” and “can” quite a bit for this product, whereas I’m sold on the efficacy of pure high-strength beetroot supplements. In view of this, think I’ll continue with my tried and result tested formulation for the future.

Can’t be beet-en
Hmm lovely beetroot. For the uninitiated the benefits of this purple root include cardiovascular support and a whole host of vitamins. As beetroot is naturally high in nitrate it can be useful to help maintain healthy blood pressure. This tub of capsules can give you your daily dose without the need to be constantly chowing down on beets, buying expensive trendy shots or consuming carbs if you’re on a restricted keto diet. Of course results are subjective but I find it beneficial along with a healthy(ish) diet and moderate exercise in keeping my blood pressure down. The capsules themselves are tasteless and easy to swallow with no nasty aftertaste. For your hard earned cash you get a tub of 120 and the manufacturers recommended dose is 2 daily and ingredients (capsule, beetroot & grape seed) are vegan friendly with an approximate 2 year shelf life if stored properly.

A Natural Boost for Heart Health and Energy
I’ve been using these Vinco Beetroot with Grape Seed Extract capsules for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a great addition to my daily routine. As someone who’s always on the go, from work to baby duties, I was looking for something to help with energy and heart health – and these capsules seem to be doing the trick. The beetroot provides a natural boost to circulation, and I’ve noticed I’m not feeling as sluggish during the day, even when I’ve had a rough night of broken sleep. The grape seed extract is an excellent bonus, with its anti-inflammatory properties helping to keep me feeling more balanced overall. I also appreciate that these capsules support heart health, something I'm more conscious of as I get older. The capsules are easy to swallow, and with 120 in the bottle, they’ll last a good while even with daily use. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and they’ve been gentle on my stomach. The only minor thing is that it can take a bit of time to feel the full benefits, but consistency seems to be key.Pros:Helps boost energy and circulation, especially during busy daysSupports heart health and muscle recoveryContains anti-inflammatory properties from grape seed extractEasy-to-swallow capsulesGenerous 120-count bottle for long-term useCons:Benefits may take a few weeks to fully kick inSome may prefer a quicker-acting supplementIf you’re looking for a natural supplement to support heart health, circulation, and energy, these capsules are a great option. They’ve made a noticeable difference for me, and I’ll definitely be sticking with them!

Health supplement for the heart
I had never heard of beetroot being a health supplement before but apparently it boosts nitric oxide production which increases blood flow and promotes heart health. There's a lot of information on the product page which is useful. These capsules also contain grape seed extract which helps bone strength. All of this sounds ideal for those of us who are 'getting on a bit' and want to keep our bodies in good health. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day and there are 120 in the container which means they will last 2 months. Or you can take one a day on the principle that 'something is better than nothing' and then they will last 4 months. The price of £20 is reasonable in my opinion and I'm certainly looking forward to giving them a try.
