Brilliant MP3 player great value for money battery life lasts ages perfect size easy to use looks well

Less than 6 months old. The battery has stopped charging and the device will not switch on. My daughter is very disappointed. I tried to contact the company but the website wouldn’t send my message. Even when it did work it was very slow.

Bought for an 8yo, and great for that purpose. You can't add apps to it, but it has the major music apps pre-installed. Don't make the mistake of removing them, as you can't access the Play store to add them later - although you can do a factory reset to reinstall. It's expensive for what's basically a phone with most of its functionality removed, but I couldn't find a better solution. There's a parental password for changing any settings. Nice and small too. No issues connecting to Bluetooth speakers and receivers, and easy for an 8yo to get to grips with. Have currently settled on Amazon Music, as it's much cheaper than Spotify Family, and doesn't seem to have videos or ads.

Great for my young teenage son who hasn’t got a smartphone but wanted to play music on something. This made all the difference to him as it looks smart and he can connect his Bluetooth headphones to it. Great! As he’s older the idea that YouTube etc are on it isn’t too much of a concern to us.

Brought for my 9 year old for Christmas worked fine but now it’s not charging and getting hot instead so not able to use anymore Emailed seller a they have sent me out a new one so hopefully this one is okay!

This stopped working after 3 weeks, can’t get return details, was a gift for my granddaughter. Very dissappointed.

J'ai commandé ce lecteur pour moi et ma fille. Elle écoute beaucoup d'histoires et de musique sur Deezer et je cherchais un appareil qui lui permettrait de l'autonomie sans être un téléphone portable et sans être forcément connecté à internet. C'est vraiment un très bon compromis, le lecteur est de bonne qualité et le son est bon. Au bout de 10 mois, j'ai rencontré un problème et l'écran ne voulait plus fonctionner. J'ai contacté le service client, qui a été super réactif et m'a renvoyé un modèle comme j'étais encore sous garantie. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

Great product, my child is extremely happy. No connection issues.

The first weeks I was very happy with the product. My son could use it and with the Parent Control I could ensure it was only used to listen to music. Unfortunately it got difficult to charge, until a point it does not want to charge at all anymore. Apparently this is a wider issue, as I read it in other reviews as well. I reached out to the shop but no one reached out yet.

Great little mp3 player. Works as good as the ipod nano at a reasonable price.
