Aided sleep - not comfortable to wear for hours
Easy to cut down to fit in my size 4 slippers. Since wearing I have certainly noticed better sleep compared to days so have not worn them at all. Tried wearing them all day once and that was too much. I need to also wear arch supports so could be that affected things for me not wearing them. The acupuncture insoles work for an hour a day seems to be a good balance. Would certainly look to replace them in the future once worn down more.

Not suitable if you have chilblains on your toes
I like the design of these and the promises they claim in the product description but after a few weeks i didn't notice any diference.Do note if you have chilblains on the bottom of your toes these insoles will aggrivatr them.i gave 3 stars as they are comfy insoles but i really had no benefit from these, ok for the rrp

Good help
These acupressure insoles are thin, lightweight and easy to fit into shoes, boots and slippers. They are comfortable and provide multiple points of pressure to assist with pain relief. If you are a believe of acupuncture and are looking for something to assist you alongside treatment etc then I would recommend these insoles. They are an excellent price at less than £10 and appear to go on offer frequently. These may not be for everyone please note and I would not advise to expect instant relief from pain.

Using as treatment. Definitely not for walking shoes or boots for me. Benefit of the doubt..
These look exactly like the product photos.I'm size 36 so cut them down to size. They are quite thin and flexible so easy to fit into regular shoes.I wore them indoors for a while and just thought they felt a bit wobbly and weird. Then wore them for an hour walk outdoors and within minutes, had a sore spot on my right foot under the heel and it was really painful finishing the walk. The feeling on the rest of both feet was just the bobbles. Not pleasant or cushioned, not something you would want on a long walk.So after this painful walk, took them out and no lingering discomfort. So fine. But what was remarkable is I had the best sleep that evening that I can remember. I'm a terrible sleeper and normally wake up 4 times a night and usually get about 6 hours of broken sleep. After the hour walk in these, I slept 8 hours solid. And a really beautiful deep sleep. So now I'm wearing these in the house so get the benefit but not wearing for outdoor walks because they're not comfortable. So using as a treatment. The sore spot on their diagram on the packet corresponds to the lower back. I checked some reflexology diagrams and specifically the door door correspond to the appendix. A few months ago I was annoyed to hospital with suspected appendicitis and have had some ongoing gut issues. So I find this fascinating. Plus I didn't have pain in the same spot on the other side.So I'm giving these the benefit of the doubt and wearing daily as a treatment. After all, in the worst case, these are slightly uncomfortable for extended proper walking. In the best case, they may be beneficial for some health issues.Hope that helps!

Cured nothing
I have warn them for about a week. I developed severe back and hip pain within a few days. I have had back pain before but nothing like this pain. I took them out of my shoes and the pain is easing. Had to cut them to their limits to fit my shoes. I won't be using them again

Daily therapy, don't expect immediate effects, give them time to work...
What you see in their photos is what you get. BUT. I am a size 39/UK6, these are a bit on the small side. The cutting around the edges is ragged in places. They are thin so will slip into most shoes/boots. I will give them a go in my slippers for an hour or so per day then maybe try them on my weekly 3 mile walk. The reason I will be giving these a proper trial is I used to be a reflexologist and working on pressure points/meridians really does make a difference, it is never a comfortable part of the treatment - pressing into pressure points - but it does help to clear energy blockages. These combine magnets with pressure, so they should do 'something' ....! If you are going to try something like this, at least give them 3-4 weeks of an hour a day before making any judgement. Nothing is immediate, and flushing out the bodies toxins can cause headaches and other muscle aches, in my experience (18 holistic courses and 7 years as a holistic therapist!) Price at the time of this review was £13.
