We needed this to charge our Tesla when camping. We use the 50A outlet for our rig and the Tesla cable is set to charge from a 50A outlet. This will let us use the 30A outlet to charge the car just by dropping the charging amperage.

I bought the L14-30P to TT-30R. It has a four prong locking male side so that it fits into my generator which puts out 240. One of the hot prongs is there simply to hold the plug in better, it is not live (not connected to anything inside the head) thus creating the 120 out to the female side your RV cord plugs into. This is great and works perfectly to run everything.

Bought this to keep my batteries changed while my Airstream is stored. First time I used it everything was fine. Returning from an extended trip and plugged it in as before. This time it drained my batteries all the way down before I discovered it. Before they stayed steady at 13.5. I bought a new plug and now I can only get them back up to 9.2 after being plugged in for a week. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

I purchased this for our camper if we can only hook electric up with 110v either from the wall style outlet or our generator. It works but there are a few issues. First when you insert it into your camper and you're supposed to give it a little twist. That doesn't work. The locking collar that you screw into your camper is flimsy and cross threads easily. I'm sure that's going to break eventually. If or I should say when that breaks I'm going to purchase a name brand one since fiddling with this thing is a pain.

This seemed like a great piece for our camper. It looks and feels sturdy but at day 36 I heard sizzling and saw smoke coming from it. It had begun to melt the plastic and had scorched one of the copper legs. Had to replace it. Only power draw was one AC unit on a 30amp breaker! Avoid this one!

I needed a short 20 Amp to 30 Amp connecter for my RV when I am parked and stored. I could have gotten an adapter for the end of my main 30 Amp line but didn't want to use it for storage. I purchased this connector and a 20 Amp extension cord for Winter Storage. Much lighter and cleaner plus my 30 amp 25 foot main electrical cable is out of the ice and cold. This connecter is perfect.v/r rch

We made a reservation through the Reserve America campsite for a park we had not been to yet. We then found out the hook-up at this particular site was 50V (our trailer is 30V). Found this item and ordered it as it was just what we needed. Very well made (sturdy), exactly as pictured. Delivered in a sturdy box. Would highly recommend (it would be handy to have for any trailer just in case!).

I loved that it worked,lol, enabled me to use my generator to power my RV, so now I can turn on the AC if I am inside packing or working on something! My RV is a 30 amp and the plug on my generator was a 4 prong 23a Nemo 30R (I think)....as you can tell I am not an electrician, all I really know is it works!
