I'm having heel pain and want to ice the area. This fits perfectly. Many of the ones I looked at were open at the heel...meaning no ice would be covering that area. They were more for the ankle. This one works for ankle too...but is perfect if your heel is the issue.

I've tried several things to help my plantars. Rolling a bottle of ice doesn't seem to work that well. However, with these, I put on a lightweight compression sock, then wrap this around the ankle. I've had significant improvement over the past several days. The cold tends to last about 45 min or so.

I have a painful spur on the back of my heel. This has brought SO much comfort. I've gotten 3 different cold packs, this is the winner! The way it fits and the velcro strap keeps it in place where you need it. Stayed cold a long time. Tried it from the freezer and that was mighty painful for me so I keep in the fridge and use most every night. It also comes with a pouch so your fridge smells don't get on it or visa-versa. Love it!
