I have had way over 20 back operations and procedures including the fusion of the lower half of my neck. Lately, It appears that the muscle between my thumb and forefinger on my left hand has totally attrophied and the right hand is starting to suffer the same problem. The hand surgeon looked at the EMG test results and said I had severe ulnar nerve tunnel problems in my elbow(s). and needed immediate surgery. BUT, the problem could be with my neck given all the operations I have had on it. So, I ordered this pillow thinking that it would help with the chronic pain and received it a day after my rhizotomy. The pillow is an odd looking duck but it really does its job. The pillow experience of the first time I used it was like the first time I ever got on a memory foam mattress. Just like that soft, comfortable, firm but easy grip. I like it a lot. BUT there are a number of ways to use it so not every way is the best way. You will have to experiment which way to place my head, do I like removing one of the simplemto remove bottom fillers, is my head in the pillow enough or not? Questions with only opinions as answers. I like it as it decreases my chronic pain and is certainly the few bucks it is priced at. What more can I say!

I must say I was skeptical about ordering the pain relief cervical pillow for neck support. I had purchased another brand sometime ago and was disappointed by the size and quality. This pain relief cervical pillow for neck support is of great quality, the firmness is perfect, it is not heavy, keeps my neck and head cool, has a washable cover and the sleep quality is perfect with no neck pain. The quality of this pillow I believe will be durable and last a very long time. I am very happy with my purchase!

I really love the support this pillow provides. I have been training myself to sleep on my back more and it’s great, my neck doesn’t hurt or move around much after a full 8 hours. At first I wasn’t sure, it felt too tall with my old mattress but taking the adjustment out helped. Now I have a “tempurpedic” knock off mattress and the full height lets my shoulders relax more. Only issue is it looks dumb in pillowcases lol.

I bought this because hubs stole my other one. It was a different brand and bigger. I actually prefer the smaller one as I sleep all crazy. It’s super comfy, the cover is great, I do, on occasion, put a pillow case on it depending on what’s comfortable for me that night. I have bad traps and an always achy neck. After about 3 night,the neck is markedly better. I would recommend this pillow to just about anyone that would listen.

After losing my memory foam cervical pillows during a recent move, I was compelled to purchase new ones. However, the initial purchase proved to be too firm for my comfort. Consequently, I opted for a cervical pillow with an ear indentation, hoping it would alleviate the pain in my ear, particularly when listening to sleep sounds through my earbuds. Unfortunately, the pain persisted, and the side wing-like features intended to provide a more comfortable hand or arm position proved ineffective. Despite these shortcomings, the ear indentation has proven to be a somewhat effective solution. However, the pillow’s overall comfort did not meet my expectations. While it is softer than memory foam, it lacks the characteristic softness of memory foam, which is surprising considering the absence of memory foam in its construction. I have not yet had the opportunity to wash the pillow, so I cannot comment on its durability. In terms of weight, the pillow is significantly lighter than my previous hard memory foam pillow. The product images accurately depict the pillow’s appearance, but the comfort level did not align with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this product again. It is possible that some of my dissatisfaction stems from my initial expectation of a memory foam pillow. Overall, the ear indentation is a functional feature, but its effectiveness is limited when using earbuds. The pillow’s neck shape is comfortable, but it does not provide the same level of support for side or belly sleeping.

The pillow is awesome. It cradles your head and neck perfectly. There was a slight foam odor that went away when it was out of the packaging. The covers come off easily for cleaning. My neck definitely feels better in morning. You can easily sleep on your side or stomach while using this pillow.

I’m very happy with this pillow! It gives great neck support and helped reduce my neck pain after just a few nights. The shape fits my head and neck perfectly, and it’s very comfortable whether I sleep on my back or side. It’s firm but still soft enough to feel cozy. I also like that it stays cool during the night. Definitely worth the money — I sleep much better now!

UPDATE: Taking the removable piece out of the pillow made a huge difference for the better. That neck support part was just too thick for my neck. The removed section is about an inch thick. You can remove it via the zipper case on the back of the pillow. I’m a back sleeper since I had rotator cuff surgery in 2012. Plus with my back and neck issues, sleeping on my back works best with the help of my articulated bed. Hopefully this pillow will continue to help me sleep better. PART ONE: Well after one night with the pillow, I’m sore and tired. I was so excited to get this and try it out. The neck support was too ‘high’ for me. I have an articulated bed so I spent a lot of time trying to adjust my bed throughout the night. Doing that did not help. When I got up this morning I unzipped the cover on the pillow and took out a layer of foam. I’m hoping this will help. I’ll update tomorrow.
