NEVER WORKED
Why did you pick this product vs others?: THIS LOOKED LIKE A NICE LITTLE NECK MASSAGER BUT I RECEIVED IT WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS BUT WAS ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. CHARGED IT FOR 1 1/2 HOURS DID NOT WORK TRIED 2 HOURS DID NOT WORK AND THAN TRIED 4 DID NOT WORK. IT WOULD SHOW THAT IT WAS FULLY CHARGED BUT IT WOULD NEVER TURN ON WASTE OF TIME WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN REQUESTED REFUND. CHEAP.

After 3 charges it won’t charge.
The charging connection is poor at best. Not gonna return it because, well you know.
