With this supplement, you get three different forms of magnesium. It is supposed to contain 60 servings although the dosage is on the low side so it might not last 60 days. I have purchased many Nutricost products and I trust the brand. The capsules are easy to take many people are magnesium deficient so this is a good one to have on hand. Taking magnesium in the form of magnesium glycinate can help with sleep.
