Spritz cookies are a Christmas favorite, but the Wilton cookie press has become so difficult to use. Hooray, Cambon Cookie press to the rescue. it is lite weight, trigger for dispensing the dough. Small so need to refill frequently. .Had the cookies formed and in the oven, cooled and in gift containersin 45min.!

Cookies stick to press and do not drop off as they should.

This press worked better than I thought it would. The most important thing to know is to not make your cookie dough too stiff. It has to be malable. Once we got the hang of it, we were able to press out perfectly shaped Christmas tree cookies. I brought them to a cookie exchange and people thought they were store bought. Hope the piping tips work equally well.

It’s easy to use but the cookies come out too small

One thing to be aware of it doesn’t work if your trying to put them on parchment paper they won’t stick. Once I did them straight on a cookie sheet it worked perfect.

Wish it included instructions. Once I figured out the best way to load dough it was easy after that. Cookies turned out perfect.

I’m giving this 3 stars only because I’m not sure if it was me, the recipe or the cookie press. I could not get the dough to drop down from the press. I froze the cookie pans and I even chilled the dough. I was only able to get about a dozen cookies to stick to the pan, and the rest was just a big mess. I’m going to upgrade to a higher quality cookie press to see if it makes a difference.

Instructions for the cookie recipes were vague at best. More complete recipe needed or unit did not work well. Had to ruin a few until I found right texture so it worked as planned!
