Recipe 8oz full fat cream cheese . 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 Table spoon Vanilla. beat together to cream.....in bowl whisk together 1/4 cup of corn starch (cornflour ) 1 table spoon meringue powder ( for stability ) add the dry ingredients 1/2 cup at a time to the wet and on med to high speed beat until creamy... hope this helps ....
