I guess it’s a good product. I take it every day in hopes that it’s boosting my immune system. So far I haven’t gotten sick. I wish they would make it in a pill form instead of a capsule. But whatever.

Easy to swallow elderberry capsules
As a family, we usually take elderberry supplements leading up to big trips, to boost our immunity and lessen our chances of getting beforehand. We have used elderberry in various forms over the years and found this one to be effective and easy to swallow.

Works well
I work in a school, and traveled overseas for Christmas. This helped prevent me from getting any respiratory illnesses before and during my trip, even through coughing and sneezing students at the school, a long flight, and multiple airports. Taking 2 at once on an empty stomach upset it a bit, so definitely take with food (and half or split the dose). It didn't prevent norovirus, but nothing's perfect.
