Soft :)
This URRED sectional is simple to assemble. It is a soft sofa which just invites you to put your feet up and take a nap. The seat cushions and ottoman cushions are thick. The only problem to us was that the back support and two back cushions are a bit thin. To solve the problem we added 2 coordinating 24 x 24 pillows stuffed with shredded memory foam. The blue upholstery fabric is attractive and appears sturdy. For the very low price we are surprised to see such a well designed, comfortable sofa. We like it so much, we purchased another :)Update: after 8 months of heavy use by my hubby, me, and our 2 dogs, I can say these loveseats are holding up exceptionally well :)
