Great Fitbit, love it, helps to motivate me!
I love my Fitbit! I somehow figured out how to pair it to my phone, truly a miracle for me! Honestly, the directions were great. It also keeps track of my blood pressure, beats per minute and oxygen. The price is right! I prefer the slim style watch as opposed to the smartwatch style.

Great Customer Serivce!
Hi, I love my watch. I use it mainly to track my steps everyday. The battery last longer than the Apple watch I used to have. I like the slim look of the watch and it does not take a long time to charge. Unfortunately, I lost the charger and tried all over looking for it and it was no use. So, I contacted customer service whom was so nice and helpful to send me out another charger!

Worth the money
Not as easy to set up for me, but then I am technologically challenged. Some of the instructions were probably geared for people who use that language. I still haven’t figured out how to set it up for riding the bike or doing the elliptical or treadmill. So far all it’s recording are steps.

Works well, I am not techie, but basics work automatically when charged. Rubber irritates my wrist.
Still learning how to use this. RIght now it is in another language, but the pictures and the time and pulse and steps work fine. I cannot use the rubber band without causing some irritation, so I can't use it every day. I really need a different band, but it works for basics.

Sleep tracking NOT accurate
CONS-Sleep tracker is terribly inaccurate. I fall asleep quickly and it consistently doesn't start tracking my sleep until about an hour or so after I've gone to bed. Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night and be awake reading for an hour or two and it will track it as "light sleep". It does the same if I lie in bed for a while before getting up. This is the main reason why I bought the tracker.... Bummer! You actually have to log fitness activities. Unlike other trackers I've had, this one can't detect on its own that you are exercising.PROS-Battery life is good. I don't wear mine at work and I shut it off when not in use, so the battery lasts me over a week, maybe more like 10 days.Set up, for the most part was easy. Customer service was responsive for the part that wasn't easy. The blood pressure and heart rate do seem to be accurate as they are right in the range where I tend to be when they check it at Dr appointments.I do like the alarm and the notification when I get a text or call because I almost always have my phone on silent and often don't have my phone on me .The most redeeming feature of this watch is the phone finding feature! I end up using that A LOT (see above) and it has already saved me quite a bit of time and frustration.

Inexpensive, reliable O2 and heart rate sensor has many other functions
My wife, finds this very reliable, wearing for her O2 and heart rate. Seems more accurate having on the wrist then on the finger she has arthritis and a lot of times the other O2 sensors do not pick up correctly. Every time I feel they’re very inexpensive and they do the job Battery life could be better but comes with a charger that works well

Helps get those steps in!
I love this watch. Small and discreet. Easy to use and accurate feedback. Also has mentally helped me get my steps in daily. I even bought my son one.

pretty good
great for the price. charges quickly and holds battery for 3-4 days. if my arm isn’t swinging, it doesn’t really count accurately but for the most part does. lags sometimes, but fairly easy to use. i’ve forgotten to take it off in the shower and dropped it once or twice, but it’s still in great shape.
