Listen, Flakes is a miracle worker—my scalp’s never been happier, no more snowstorms on my shoulders, and it smells like a forest goddess bottled her essence. All-natural ingredients? Yes, please! My hair’s so soft I’m basically a walking herbal commercial. But let’s talk about that seal.This isn’t just any foil-lined paper glued to the bottle. This is space-grade adhesive. NASA called, they want their shuttle sealant back. I tried everything—ripping it off, pressing a finger through it, even channeling my inner caveman and using my teeth. Nothing. I ended up grabbing a shower curtain hanger and stabbing through it like I was auditioning for a survival show. Check the photo I uploaded—you’ll see the carnage. If the Flakes chemists are the ones who whipped up this glue, y’all need to bottle and sell that too. It’s indestructible.Once I got past Fort Knox, though, this shampoo and conditioner duo was worth every second of the struggle. My dandruff’s gone, my hair’s thriving, and I’m out here feeling like a woodland prince. Just maybe include a crowbar with the next bottle, Flakes. 10/10, would wrestle the seal again.

The BEST dandruff shampoo ever! I suffer from psoriasis and dandruff. My scalp is ALWAYS itchy and in pain. Since using this product every 2 days my flakes are way less and the itching/painful feeling is almost gone. Yes its expensive, but you really don't use as much as other shampoos due to the quality and lather. I'm a woman with hair halfway down my back and I only need about the size of a nickell/quarter. My only complaints are that I wish there were more scent options and it can change the texture of your hair if you don't use the conditioner with it each time. This product doesn't dry out my scalp, doesn't stink or stain, and doesn't disappoint. I absolutely recommend this to everyone and will be purchasing again.

For years I’ve been struggling with a flaky/itchy scalp and have tried several different products, but nothing worked well. If anything it felt like it was getting worse. I came across Flakes and I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve used something that’s ACTUALLY helped. I noticed my flaky/itchy scalp was getting better just after the second use. This was the answer I was looking for. I thought it was a little pricey at first but after using it I can absolutely say it’s worth every penny.

Cleans up flakes and smells really great. Taking off a star because this is just too expensive for what it is, and would ideally like to purchase separately vs as a set. (Shampoo alone is delivering flake-free hair.)

Went to the dermatologist a few months back they said it was subderm. The prescribed me some shampoo that I had to use every other day and leave in for 20 min at a time and it didn’t smell great and my hair felt meh so I stopped using it and the flakes came back. I was hesitant to buy this because I wasn’t sure if it was really going to work and two weeks in my hair is clear and I look forward to using it. It smells great and my hair feels amazing after using it.

Had a problem controlling dandruff, although my daily hygiene routine was on point, using name brand shampoos…. When I switched to this brand, Dandruff has been minimal almost gone in the first month! Will be buying more! Would definitely recommend!

I gave this product a few months to see if I would get any results and nothing. 2 shampoo and 2 conditioner later I still have dandruff. I’ve tried used as described (every other day) and daily. Different amounts of shampoo and the amount of time I would leave it in my hair(5-20mins). Honestly I would recommend just going to a doctor instead of doing what I just did and spending hundreds of dollars on different shampoo that might not work.
