If straw is torn, replace the straw. Can be purchased separately. Backflow due to temperature difference. Pinch the air-valve to remove the air. Leak from air-valve: Air valve is turned upside down. Press the air-valve from top to bottom to close.

Child has difficulty using a straw cup. Please tell me the recommended age.

Grosmimi straws are divided into stage 1(6m+) and stage 2(12m+). The difference between two straws is only in hardness. It is recommended to use stage 2 straw which is durable after sufficient practice with a soft stage 1 straw.
