A very very bad product. But first i want to say about amazon customer support service. Such rude people, didn’t even had the patience to listen to my problem. They were just blabbering something stupid. Not ready to listen me. And then kept me on mute or something so that I will cut the call. Very very bad. Didn’t expect this from amazon. Not at all happy. And this product is not good. Pressure is bad. Hurts. And the charging is not working properly, getting discharged in like 5 mins and taking hours to get charged. I am very unhappy. I dont even want to give a single star also but have to

Guys go for it...it can be relaxing after a long day of work...it just feels like hand movements right pressure✅️Although can feel a bit heavy for neck but it's good for other pains✌️. I went through many others like this but they're a tad bit expensive.This is worth it😊

The media could not be loaded. Product is not at all working. It first worked properly only for 2 days. Worst ever product I have bought in the Amazon. Even customer service is also not helping me.This is the worst neck massager I have ever used. It barely provides any relief, and the vibrations feel weak and ineffective. The design is uncomfortable, and instead of relaxing my muscles, it actually made my neck feel worse! On top of that, the build quality is cheap, and it stopped working within a few days. Customer service is also terrible—they don’t respond or offer any real solutions. I regret buying this, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Save your money and look for a better product!
