Bought these to have on hand for kids playing baseball. They didn't last very long and you really have to smack them to energize them

Difficult for my female hands to squeeze bag making contents cold… If that worked, it would be a good way to use cold packs while traveling…

They don’t activate to get cold at all
These really let me down. I bought them in advance of a painful medical procedure and took them in the car with us to the visit to have for long drive home. Not a single one activated to function at all. I returned them.
