ACTUAL WOOD + TOP QUALITY
Vanity arrived WELL PACKED and easy to unwrap. The quality amazed me-it is actually made of real wood--no plywood. It is sturdy and substantial and the drawers are generous with space. The countertop is gorgeous and also packed very well and the sink is perfect. My only gripe is that the screws are an odd length and makes the handles a bit wobbly--not tight. I'll figure that out for myself. I am SO HAPPY with the vanity that THAT is not even an issue. I highly recommend this vanity. For the money, it is a tremendous value!

Beautiful, well made, except..
The screws for the pulls are too long and require very tedious cutting to the proper length. The correct length for the metric screws are a non stocked in the US.

Fantastic customer service
I had some initial issues with the bowl but the owner has stepped up and is making everything right for me. I'm impressed with the service and quality of the woodwork. It's a recommended buy!

High quality vanity
I ordered this vanity on July 23 but it did not arrive until August 9. My complaint about the delay was addressed by the owner of the seller who pursued the shipping company. He called me several times to update the progress. It turns out that the shipper sent the package to California instead of Massachusetts. The package arrived in undamaged condition and is just what I wanted. High quality components.

Looks good but black marks on the backsplash
Looks great but backsplash had black marks on it. I could not get them off. Have e mailed seller to see if they can send me another backsplash. Other than that looks good
