Easy to use, good value for money considering how many you get. Have lasted a long time and are easier to clean than traditional wooden ones being mostly plastic.

It takes some time for the rats to become to used to these in their environment and placement is key but they're lethal. Some have yet to catch any rats, another, placed next to a wall and suspected nest notched up 3 in 2 days. Easy to set and bait and don't seem to be as twitchy as the metal spring types if you need to move them.

Great traps, work so well. Add a tiny bit of peanut butter and these will not miss.

These traps work. They just take a few days to attract pests. Instructions say to be patient as mice are clever... and suspicious apparently. The first mouse was caught after about 6 days. Pretty grim to find half a mouse and have to remove from trap, but better that than in my walls. A couple of near misses where the trap went off but mouse was too quick. Then second mouse took about 5 further days. Definitely effective. I only put out 2 traps, think I might put all of them out in various places near point of entry. I used a blob of peanut butter in the trap. I recommend this, but it's not a quick fix. You need to be prepared to give it a few goes. Do not use if you have small kids, these traps are very powerful, chopped the mouse in half!!

These traps are not an instant humane kill every time. If you are unable to despatch a trapped rat yourself do not buy them. Of the 6 young rats that have been caught since I purchased them, 3 have been caught by their noses and then suffered, dragging the trap around, until a friend has been able to call in and despatch the suffering animal. I personally just don’t have the courage or ability to put them out of their misery myself. I have purchased others that hopefully will kill instantly .

Wow! Unfortunately I've had 3 large mice grace my kitchen after exploiting a gap I'd missed. Within 3 days they were caught and killed. First night 2 were killed, and I even heard the trap bounce a couple times as the mouse must have had it's nerves kick in after yet they were still trapped inside. I had tried the non lethal methods and eventually had to reside to this. Very easy to use, very strong quick death for the mice and as an added bonus the jaws keep them in place compared to a traditional bar trap that might allow them to run off after being injured to die somewhere which you wouldn't find them until they smelled l. Humane, look great and overall 10/10 product. They're sensitive but unlike other traps I've used they don't constantly set themselves off as you attempt to deploy them and because they have an easy trigger to set the trap no risk of catching your hand on setting them it's practically impossible to hurt yourself using this trap

Good price but 3 out of 4 traps will not lock open sadly, the catch mechanism will not lock out in order for me to set them so a tad disappointing really to honest.
