The only positive thing I can say about these insoles is that they're colorful.I have a host of foot problems, so I'm always on the lookout for a good insole. Since the product description claimed that these insoles addressed and alleviated many of these issues, and since the product reviews were both numerous and relatively high, I made the purchase.The insoles arrived yesterday, just in time for a planned 8-mile walk. They felt a bit weird with all their funny bumps, but that itself wasn't the problem. Despite being the number one product claim, these insoles have next to nothing in the form of arch support, just a flimsy little flap that can be flattened with the least amount of force. The real problem, however, was that after a few miles, I became painfully aware that the rough area on the back of the insole was doing its best to rub a blister on my heel, causing me to stop and remove the insoles, continuing my walk without them.So, to go down the checklist: 1) poor value for the money, 2) inferior quality, and 3) not only failing to alleviate the foot pain but actually causing additional pain.

This got my flat feet feeling good af. I can now stand and walk for longer periods of time without my feet and legs feeling fatigued. Not gunna lie fist 2 days of wearing my feet were sore due to unfamiliarity with the bumpy soles but after initial discomfort my feet now are painless and wearing shoes without this type of feet pads make my feet sore so now imma buy more so I can have in every shoes I wear.

Some of the magnets and the gel pad kinda hurt as they hit my foot in a weird place. So I figured out that they are attached by glue, so I peeled off the gel pad that's in the middle and a couple of the magnets, and now they are super comfy. Where the magnets hit is likely based on your foot size. I'm a US size 11.

Giving 3 ⭐️ because not much support. But they are thin enough to put over my own inserts I wear. They don’t provide much support. But do feel good with having neuropathy.

It needs to be custom to each size foot. And you can't adjust where the balls are. And each foot is shaped different. If the metal balls were an exact match to your foot them I think it would work great.

Not very easy to use. And it is not very effective.Item is very think and it won't support our feet.
