I bought this chair a few weeks back. Installation was easy. I did have a problem with installing the backrest. I called customer service and within a week I got a new part which had no problem getting installed. My daughter is having a good time with this chair. Chair quality is good and it is perfect product for your work from home setup. Quality is good in this price range. It is easy to assemble. They have provided the manual and it is easy to understand. I have assembled my chair on my own and from the first day till today i did not face any issue with my chair. It is a good purchase for me.

I brought this chair on October of 2023, within one year i have change the back panel which broke down due to bad material, it height adjuster is not working it broke down with in 7 month of usage, i have to change both of these from outside shops. It is the worst purchase i have ever made on Amazon.

The package was delivered in perfect shape.The instruction booklet was simple to read and had all the necessary parts. Even someone with minimal experience with manual labor can readily assemble it alone. I had a little trouble assembling one of the back support screws, but I figured it out in the end. This chair is very easy to handle and has several position adjustments, so it can be tailored to meet my needs. Its longevity is astounding; I have no doubt this chair will last for a very long time. It delivers the most excellent overall value for the amount of money spent. AFTER TWO MONTHS USAGE UPDATE: I'm revising my evaluation after using Astride for two months, especially to highlight the help I've received from the staff. I have a minor problem with some elements of my product, and I haven't gotten in touch with Amazon or Astride since I'm not sure what to do. In this case, the Astride team contacted me over WhatsApp to let me know about the product. I expressed my problem at that time, and they acknowledged it and took the appropriate action by providing a replacement part for the problematic part. This is greatly appreciated, and Astride and their team provide amazing after-sale assistance. I genuinely recommend their items to others I know.
