Outstanding product! Arrived undamaged 2-days earlier than scheduled, so got started using it with my 1-arm KB swing routines. Basically a power lifter long ago, I was reluctant to try KBs, but at 80+ years I needed t get out from under the “heavy stuff” before getting badly injured. Saw Pavel’s books on Amazon, got them, and thought I’d give it a try. I have an entire set [8KG ...32KG] of iron [handles obviously welded on] KBs, but when the handle to a 40# “economy” KB chipped and broke off, nearly taking out a nearby table, [when Strong-First advises you that “quick feet are happy feet” they mean it!] it was clear hollow steel single-piece-gravity-poured KBs were in my future. This is my first steel KB [16KG ≈ 35#], but I know now it won’t be my last. I can only compare it operationally to the 35# and 52# welded iron KBs, but it simply feels far smoother and much better balanced through the entire arc of a swing, from either side. The handle is very smooth, and the grab-window is easily wide enough [I have big hands, long fingers] to switch hands safely in mid-flight during the top of a swing, even wearing my usual thin cloth garden gloves. According to my home scale, its weight was exactly 16KG as advertised. A five-star rating to date. If it breaks [very unlikely] will let you know...

Kind of disappointed. My biggest complaint is that at least one of the kettlbells was not new. Had paint issues that can be seen on the picture and they did not respond to.my complaint. If you spending $100 and up for single ball they should be in good shape. Also the weight is in kilograms rather than pounds.

I started working out with kettlebells through my personal trainer about two years ago and never realized the great workout that you could get from kettlebells. I've found a new challenge that never gets old. Whether you're doing dead-lifts, swings, snatches or long cycles, the full body workout is great! I was very excited to finally be able to order my own set of kettlebells to work out at home and compliment the work I was doing with my personal trainer. After researching different products and companies, in addition to using a few different kettlebells at the gym, I found that Kettlebell Kings was hands-down a great company that provided an reliable product.The competition kettlebell is well made, comfortable to grip and now, with a set of two, I'm able to start working on my long cycle workout. the 12KG is a good weight for me and provides a great challenge, without being too easy. Am excited about building my endurance and 'stepping up' my training by using the workouts that Kettlebell Kings provides through their email distribution list!

Love the handle. Love the balance. Been a die hard kettle bell user since 2000 these bells are awesome. I've been using Dragons Door Kettle bells exclusively until today. I am so impressed after my first workout that I will be switching over to the KB Kings, they are just beautiful.The 34kg is not for beginners but if you've been swinging awhile and your looking to step up your gains this beast is the ticket. I can't thank Kettle Bell Kings for the super fast shipping and great price on these bells. You will squeal like a girl when you see it and then you will cry when you try and do a snatch. 5 plus stars.

I have three of the competition bells from Kettlebell Kings and two more on the way. It's like buying good, solid cookware in that it's an up-front investment in a high-quality tool that will last a lifetime. I find it amusing that people get hung up on some paint chipping off. I see that as a sign that I'm actually using the bells! These things are AMAZING!

This is a well made kettlebell. I have found that I prefer other brands for true GS work as the handle on this bell is a bit closer to the bell than the other brand. It’s a small difference and particular to me. I think most people probably would prefer the Kettlebell King bell. I also have a 48KG Professional Kettlebell from Kettlebell Kings and use it all the time for swings.

Exellent! I am very pleased with the quality of the kettlebells and the shipping! It arrived within two days! If you're serious about kettlebell training then I would advise investing in some quality kettlebells. Overall very Pleased!

These are my first set of "competition" bells. They arrived sooner than expected, packaged well. They feel great in the rack position and balance really nicely. A night and day difference to all my cast iron bells. There are some minor imperfections with the handles but they will probably smooth out with a fine sanding. Other than that, couldn't be happier with the Kettlebell Kings. I will definitely buy another pair when I'm ready to go heavier.
