Incredible slim fit item tracker that has greatly reduced the stress I use to feel when misplacing my keys. It is reliable. And it helps me find them anywhere in my home with its range reaching both upstairs and downstairs! It is compatible and work great with my Android phone!

I thought these just track our keys, but they do so much more than I realized. Have been using since Christmas and LOVE. My favorite feature is that you can actually use the Tile to find your phone. If I lose my phone in the house (which happens all the time), I just hold down the button on the Tile and it makes my phone ring, even if it’s on silent. That alone makes it worth it. It also pairs with the app so we can see each other’s locations, which has been really nice for keeping track of each other and our child. I love that it sends alerts when we arrive home too. I also got the little blue and yellow one and it is so cute , I love that they have fun color options instead of just plain ones. Overall, it’s way more than just a key tracker and has been super convenient for everyday use. Definitely one of those things you don’t realize you need until you have it.

I love these things! They actually work pretty well for what they do. Setup was very straightforward and easy. I liked this one for the style and design of the tiles because I color coded them to different things. I want more of them. They're only accurate where they can see Bluetooth, but the app really helps and you can incorporate your cellphone into the app which also is a bonus free thing.

Update 3/17/2026: Contact Tile on Monday, 3/16/2026 via Chat Us on there website, after briefly explaining the issue and provided proof of purchase, was immediately informed that they would be sending out a replacement device; was shipped out on the same day and recieved today 3/17/2026!! Activated with no problems!! Excellent Customer Service and Support of there Products!! Thanks Tile/Life360! [Bought the 4-pack Tile Mate Life360 for an upcoming trip and started to connect the new device to my already established Tile account; however, only 3 of the 4 devices were able to be connected. Unlike the other 3 devices that were connected, the 4th unit did not play the normal melody, but the 3-short beeps. Attempts to reset the device failed and still unable to to get the device connect. Since I'm out of the Return Window, now Im stuck with one useless device....]

It does track, but sometimes it does turn off when i tested the range, the app is compatible with all, its really slim so easy to put on keys and just have them there, all though it is a button so i wouldnt put it in a pocket that could accidently set off the aalrm

The tile is easy enough to setup - - but that's about it! Honestly, this product may be attractive for many, but surely it is not for me. In my view, there are a lot of privacy risks and the APP is "extremely intrusive" and seems to be constantly fishing for user privacy or get user hooked on for more paid subscriptions. (it says in one the of the line something like this . . . regardless of the age as long as the person activating subscription has been granted with the rights to use the APP, it will be accepted by them) During installation, it starts by asking your Name and DOB, why DOB? (it says so it can give user appropriate experience - - - really?). Well, yeah, you may give false info but then it asks for phone number then sms to verify it. Now, you are on the first hook. Then, it asks for email with reason to send another verification . .why? It won't let you skip entering email. Now, you're on another hook. Once linked a tile, it quickly finds you on a map at that moment along with an address. Then it ask if you can confirm if that spot on the map is your home. You may think wow . . this is great but . . . are you sure? Think about it, within a moment, it knows your name, DOB, email, phone, address and your exact GPS where about. Then you start to see all the weird notifications on the APP, like . . . if you want real time tracking - you need to allow usage of GPS at all time instead of while using the APP, asking you to agree to turn off your phone power saving setting. Once I start browsing the APP features . . . I realized that the lid of this Pandora box can be unknowingly opened with just a few careless clicks away. First, you should know that after the installation you already have a FREE Membership to Life360 services. Yes, the seller have this on "Know it before you buy". Although, It starts you off for free but it has many limitations like. . . to see tracking history >7days, you need to have paid subscription. When you browse further, There are buttons for starting 7-Day free trial (I suspected from reading their info, that after 7-day you most likely be on paid subscriptions with AUTO-Renew !!!) Within a few minute, I decided that this product is NOT for me. As what I need is a simple tile tag to track my luggages when travel . . that's it. Nothing else !! In trying to get it cleaned up from my phone, I start searching their APP. There is a DELETE ACCOUNT. But in reading those instructions, one of the line says something like this . . . deleting account from Life360 does not mean all subscriptions will be stopped. User will need to check those service individually (some services are not provided by Life360, so you need to deal with each provider directly). I go ahead and DELETE ACCOUNT, then it says there will be mail sent to me and I need to click the link in that mail to complete the process. When I clicked that link, it pops up a page on a browser that says "Privacy Request Center, Verify your identity, Confirm your email within 7 days to get started." with a another "VERIFY YOUR EMAIL' button to click . . . . REALLY !!!

The tracker itself is fantastic. It is compact, easy to set up, and the Life360 app integration is seamless. The problem isn't the technology—it's the user. I attached it to her keychain thinking I had cracked the code to her matrix. Now, instead of tracking her location across town, I just use it to track her keys... which are usually sitting right next to the phone she forgot at home.

Je cherchais un moyen simple et efficace pour permettre à ma mère de retrouver ses affaires qu'elle a tendance à égarer. Le Tile Life360 Slim s’est avéré être le cadeau idéal. Les + ✅ Ultra-fin : il s'attache facilement à des clés, des sacs il est même assez fin pour aller dans un portefeuille ✅ Installation simple : l'application est intuitive et le couplage avec le téléphone se fait rapidement ✅ Localisation efficace : permet de retrouver les objets en quelques secondes ✅ Double efficacité : on peut retrouver un objet égaré en le faisant sonner grâce à son portable mais on peut également retrouver son portable en appuyant sur le bouton du petit boîtier Les - ❌ Portée limitée : fonctionne principalement en Bluetooth, donc la portée est restreinte. ❌ Abonnement nécessaire pour certaines fonctionnalités (mais si c'est juste pour faire sonner vos clés, pas besoin d'abonnement!) Bref, un excellent gadget pour éviter les pertes de clés/sacs etc. Ma mère s'en sert quotidiennement et se sent beaucoup plus sereine. Je recommande vivement ce produit, surtout pour les personnes un peu tête en l'air.
