Don’t wear it all the time, late afternoon when gardening or car maintenance just relief from lower back pain. Don’t want to rely on it too much as I do feel it could replace muscles in my back and I would have to wear it constantly The relief from pain is amazing and gives me so much more time to potter😃

I’ve been suffering with sciatica for a couple of years now. It always seems to flare up when I gain a bit of weight… yes I know, lose the weight and help the problem… I am, thank you very much 😅I received this brace and it provides very good quality and support. It stretches a lot and seems a little understated on the size department. I’m usually a 2xl and bought the xl which is nearly too big for me. Make sure you measure before buying.So far so good though. I have Pain relief from using it. It’s not magic so don’t expect that but it definitely helps.Overall it’s good value for money and does a good job.

I can't recommend this back support enough, it's easy to use, really comfortable and really helps me loads with lower back pain and keeping my posture correct, I use it when I'm doing cleaning round the house, ir any other activity that involves alot of bending up and down and I feel instant relief as soon as I put it on, I've actually recommended it to family and friends who suffer with lower back pain
