Looks Like A Good Quality Antenna
Good quality build. The antenna arrived in good condition. Took awhile to get it here but not too long in transit. Used it only once and it worked flawlessly. Looking forward to future use as time goes by, but so far so good. Will issue follow up review as to its durability.

Legit antenna but check the specs...
When this antenna arrived, I quickly realized that it does not fit into any of my standard ham 3/8-24 mounts. Car mag mounts, Buddistick versa hub, photographic tripod mounts.... Nothing. The antenna is correctly described on the listing, but I failed to read the description before ordering. In the description, it clearly states that it is an M10 mount (1.5). If you are in North America, you will definitely need to purchase an adapter. So, this antenna is quite nice for the price. It won't hold up through strong winds, but it is a very affordable telescoping antenna for 20 meters and below. I had to order a 3/8-24 male to M10 1.5 female adapter from a company called Snakeclamp For $20 (with shipping). The adapter costs as much as the antenna. Still, it is much cheaper that some of the offerings from other companies. I wish this company could simply put a USA standard 3/8-24 thread on that thing. Jees...Another note. Amazon does offer a similar adapter for about $10, but it is non-conductive. So, read the reviews and find out what the adapter is made of! 73ps... I give it 5 stars, because "it is what it says it is" and it is still a really affordable telescoping antenna for amateur radio.

Great packaging and very nice quality antenna
This antenna arrived and is working wonderful on my portable activations. I am easily able to tune in the perfect spot to get many contacts on the HF bands!

M10 what - it's an odd one that doesn't fit any known antenna bases.
It says 10mm but it's an strange thread pitch. I haven't been able to find a mount or base for this that fits because they all expect a different thread pitch. The recommended adapter doesn't work at all for this antenna because it's the wrong threading. Quality seems ok but I haven't been able to test it because nothing fits the threads on the bottom. Buy with caution - good luck finding a mount that fits.

Price is unbeatable!
The media could not be loaded. Great item! Works as described. I paired it with a 7w fm transmitter.

Falsely advertised length
Product is not 18.4' as advertised. Purchase elsewhere.

Very good!
About a foot longer and significantly lighter than the MFJ-1979, which is no longer in production. These are also ~1/3 shorter when fully retracted and have about 10 inches less deflection when extended and held horizontal in the cantilever configuration, as compared to the MFJ.

Well-made and versatile. But get the adapters
Once I found the M10 to 3/8X24 adapter, I set two up as 1/4 wave verticals for 20 and 17 meters. Because they are stainless steel, I intend to leave them outside in my garden. I may even paint them flat-black. I have found that flat-black makes verticals nearly invisible. As far as performance, I'm only running 100 watts. They perform as well as you would expect a 1/4 vertical with eight radials to work, which is excellent. Creating home-brew verticals is much simpler than making them out of aluminum tubing. They are connected to the M10 to 3/8X24 adapters and then screwed into the all-aluminum mounts that would be used to attach to truck mirrors or luggage racks. I put a 3/4" heavy steel pipe into the ground to support the mounts and then attached eight radials to the bolts. Easy to tune and sturdy enough to survive the high winds we get out here in the high prairie. They are also excellent for POTA operations. You can adjust them easily for 20 through 10 meters. Just get out your handy SWR meter, and away you go. You can easily use the mirror mount to attach to a stack. MFJ (RIP) actually sold this setup. But doing it yourself is way cheaper. Bring a collection of pre-made wire radials, and portable ops will be a cinch. If you're a shortwave listener, this antenna can be used in multiple ways to tune in bands of interest. Use two to form a dipole. These would also work great for attic installations.
