We have been chasing deer out of our yard for years & they came back 6-8 times during the day. Nothing scared them & they were turning the lawn into a stock yard. Having tried everything I doubtfully placed our first order for Deer Stopper. We could have fenced the yard but it would spoil the view & been costly; now we don't have to choose. They still come by, infrequently, clinging to the edge & keep moving, If they come by now it's only every 3 to 4 weeks & keep right on going. It's been GREAT! I spray the perimeter, not solidy, just here & there & on the bushes here & there. Once sprayed, not unpleasant to us, you smell it briefly & then not at all. Apparently it does stay as advertised because on the rare occastion we do see them now, they stop & turnaround or move to a trot & keep going. We have extreme days of rain in the Pacific N.W. & it makes sense to me that would have to spray more often, but not as much as I though. They had it locally, briefly, when we first tried it & then put all the garden stuff away-gone! But Amazon has what you need & if the deer are driving you crazy, this is it. Peace.

We have several dozen azaleas on our wooded acre-and-a-half property. We also have a small herd of about 10 deer that routinely traverse our space, and they love to eat azaleas in the winter. I spray Deer Stopper once a month through the winter and early spring, and the deer graze elsewhere! The smell is not unpleasant (mint, rosemary) and it lasts even through rainy days. I've used this for years, as have my parents. I highly recommend it!

This product does work but the sprayer is cheap china container product that does NOT spray. It sprays 3 times then quits and you have to force the sprayer handle back open so it can spray again. If you see a product that uses these types of gallon sprayers avoid buying the product. This is the third container like this (this product and others) that has failed for me for various reasons and I have to move the liquid into a more reliable container to use. You are better off buying the refill gallons and use your own sprayer. Product works great at keeping the deer away. These type of sprayers are junk.

Nozzle stinks

So far, so good, thank you!!! All my plants are growing without being eaten,... I would recommend a better spray nozzle! I bought a spray bottle at the dollar store, and it work's better than the spray nozzle that it comes with.

How do I know the product works when the piece of garbage spraying trigger doesn’t work properly I been playing around with and it’s not happening. I read a few more reviews since then and people had the same issue. Very frustrating

I've bought this product before at our local store but like that Amazon has this larger size. Remember to reapply after it rains.

The sprayer does get clogged. We put in separate spray bottle and works great.
