Ive tried about three times to contact support, the assembly was overstripped on a screw and one of the two pads stopped working, Im out of contacts, less then 4 months to find out and Id like to replace the entire assembly under the machine held by 2 scorews for the spinners, Currently out of order, thanks to whoever did that

Love this product! - The battery works long enough to clean my entire apartment (living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom), I’ve never had it die in the middle of a cleaning. - I love that the dry debris is dry when you’re done cleaning, it effectively mops floors without having to do the pre-work of vacuuming and there’s no yuck to clean up when you’re done. - It is easy to use, I love the swivel head and the fact that the entire machine can lay flat to get under furniture. - this is not for carpet - hard floors only, although it handles small areas of my thin ply rugs just fine. - this does not suck up any liquids, it is effectively a mop that can simultaneously pick up hair, cat litter, and crumbs. All in all I think this is a great product and would highly recommend!

I understand it’s not a tineco, but it does a terrible job mopping and vacuuming. It’s nice and easy to move around and the battery lasts a long time. Otherwise , I’m prob just going to try to sell it for cheap. Waste of money in my opinion

This was working amazing until it randomly shut off during a clean and now won’t charge at all. I have worked through all the tips and tricks online without any luck. Purchased in February last year so it only lasted a year. Don’t believe it’s worth the extra price if the others last longer and have a cord.

I really like this machine it really scrubs the dirt off the floor, especially stuck on dirt. You need to wet the pads before you put them on though because it takes the water a while to get to the pads having said this, this machine broke after three months, one of the wheels broke and won’t spin, I can still use it, but obviously it’s not as effective. I called Bissell and they’re sending me a new cross wave which isn’t the same machine. but they don’t have the parts for this one. So why at your own risk?

This is the best home appliance we've ever bought. Gentlemen, if you want a gift for your wife, that keeps on giving, this is it. My wife has not mopped the floor since we purchased this. It's easy and fun, almost like playing with power tools in the garage. I have also mopped my garage floor with it. Our home 1,900 sf home is all tile & hard wood floors. I can mop almost the entire house on 1 charge.

This machine performs well for daily-weekly vacuuming and light to medium wet cleaning of hard floor surfaces! For heavy, durable cleaning needs, a much stronger machine without vacuum would be needed. It is effective, the washable pads are easily swapped out mid-cleaning as they become saturated with soils. . The machine does not overly soak floors with cleaning solution...in fact, I would like to see an adjustable fluid flow vs. the existing fixed fluid dispense setting. The machine size is light and easily maneuverable, with an articulating joint. Vacuum suction is sufficient for light to medium accumulations. Final analysis: Its cleaning speed capability provides a good value for price paid.
