I always wake in middle of the night.. just thought I was getting older and it's how it goes.. after 3 days of the matt. I sleep now all night. Wake up and feel like I slept not worn out . I was very skeptical about this my wife talked me into . I said well has a 30 day refund so what can I loose... I'm keeping it and looking for more items now to use !

We have this on over our fitted sheet and sleep with our bare feet on it. It took me a few days to adjust to the cooler feel but it doesn’t bother me at all now. It’s really easy to use - we got it set up in less than 5 minutes. For the price it’s a great quality and has held up for 3 months of daily use. I believe in the power of grounding/earthing but I don’t have a list of the benefits that I’ve had. I want to say that I’ve noticed some differences- but I haven’t. We like it and are trusting that our bodies are indeed getting some benefits.

This was a nice grounding mat for a king bed but it did not work on my Sleep Number Adjustable bed so had to return for a different type.

This product is so easy to use. I not only have been sleeping better but also feel more energetic throughout the day. I also have a leg injury that seems to be getting better. Great product. Will be easy to travel with.

We purchased this grounding mat about a month and a half ago and have been using it since its arrival. At first, we didn’t notice anything however, after about one week, we both noticed our sleep quality has improved greatly, and this is evidenced by a SleepWatch. Would highly recommend.

If you are new to grounding mats and their benefits, how to use and well all things grounding mats, this is going to be very frustrating - as it was for me. I was expecting something more like a weighted blanket, not in the beads, but something a bit heavier, that isn't a problem, just basically showing how clueless I was about these blankets/mats.It came in a nice box that would be great to give as a gift. It is a nice box, with the blanket inside a zipped plastic bag, there is a gift note in there, as if it was given as a gift and instructions how to put it over your mattress.There is NOTHING saying where to put it on the mattress - the top, the feet, the middle. There is nothing on safety even if it is just to say, this is a safe product and plugging it in will give no side effects. There is nothing explaining how it works, how to make the best out of it - should it go under or over the covers, do you have to have bare skin touching for it to work, since grounding is related to walking, do you need to put the souls of your feet on it ... so many questions that are missing which really spoils the complete product. I had to revert to the other reviews and google to try and figure out the best way to use it to benefit me.I have used it two nights now and not sure if it is doing anything, I need to do more research to see how to tell is it just being more relaxed...With a little health benefits and instruction manual with this it would be a great package and even would consider to give as gifts.Sadly it misses the mark and so due to lack of information, safety advise and such I am only giving 3 stars.

We like it so far. I reached out to the seller and they answered all of my questions. We have it on our bed on top of the fitted sheet. We will wipe it down once a week when we wash the sheets.I will comment again in a few weeks after we have had more time to use it.
