they fit exactly into place with no trimming needed. wore them for about 6 hours takes getting use to, does overall feel good. When I checked them the right side broke the gel massager was leaking. That night my left foot had pain from the magnet and still felt sore the next morning. good for light use and limited time usage maybe gets slightly better after using numerous times. Try'em out!

I got these as an insert to give a little more cushion as I stand for long periods of time. When you first step into them, they definitely feel like you have something stuck in your shoe. However, after 5mins that gets better and eventually I completely forgot about it all day.I was having some foot pain at the end of the day, and so far after about a week of wearing these they have helped quite a bit. The soreness at the end of a long day is nearly gone, so I will continue to use them.

These are comfortable. Very low profile so they don’t take up a lot of space and make your shoes feel too tight. I don’t get the feeling they do much of anything, though.
