Deck Pro 3.0+ Series

I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I don’t have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

Absolutely great! Very happy with this tv so far. Have only had it for a month. Ours is in a cabana on the back side of our garage. Picture is outstanding. Can hear it from at least 40 feet away. It did have a slow start up as some others have mentioned in other reviews but ours did an update and it starts right up now. We did buy a heavy duty wall mount for it. It is heavy.

If you have thought about buying an outdoor tv compared to a normal tv for outside use-you should. Tv can be seen across the yard on the sunniest of days. I live in northwest Indiana and when we are in the pool it is amazing to be able to watch baseball games from 75 feet away. The extra cost is worth it. Great product

I bought this 55 inch Outdoor TV a year ago and we loved it right from the start. We recently had some technical difficulties. I reached out to customer service and received a response within a few hours. Best customer service I have ever had. The issue was resolved quickly and I could not be happier. Within a few days we were able to enjoy our TV again. This TV is bright and clear and even works well as the sun moves across our yard.

These TVs are awesome, they truly are weather proof. I own a restaurant with a patio bar and we added three of these, its completely changed the space and were perfect for The World Cup this year. The picture is super bright and pretty much glare proof. Definitely worth the money. They are rock solid and can take Florida rainstorms easily. A note to for instal, make sure you purchase the a Sylvox tv bracket for wall mounting. The Tv is incased in a metal protective box, so the bolt holes for a mount are NOT UNIVERSAL. Make sure you have a friend, the TVs are almost double in weight as a normal one.

Bought this TV just over 2 years ago. Picture quality was excellent. About 2 months ago I lost picture. Called Sylvox customer service and after some back and forth getting serial number and verifying original purchase order Sylvox agreed to replace the TV even though the one year warranty had expired. Great customer service. Stood behind their product.

Bought this outdoor tv for our covered breezeway mainly to watch football. The tv was used very little and suddenly stopped working . Spen a long time on the phone with a rep and tried everything and eventually it just died. I cannot get anyone to answer etc and now I'm stuck with a useless tv.

An easy way to upgrade your backyard at a reasonable price! Great picture and sound with the durability and stability of a tank. I can’t say enough nice things about this television. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase this sooner!
