Hi, they are not magnetic closure but velcro closure. You can get magnetic club covers for irons at this link. https://www.amazon.com/FINGER-TEN-Magnetic-Synthetic-Headcovers/dp/B083XQYQNW/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=golf+club+covers&m=A1FKG9KNNZJ2KV&qid=1670495072&s=merchant-items&sr=1-3

How do I buy single numbers that I've lost?

The info paragraph says you can buy just the one you lost.

These are made in China...correct?

I don't know where they are made, but I like mine.

Will these fit callaway apex irons?

Hi, I have TaylorMade Tour Preferred CB Iron set and TaylorMade R9 Iron set, and these head covers fit both sets. I'm very confident that they should fit your CAllaway Apex Iron set. Hope this help!
