Rec'd wrong color and no instructions.
Ordered clear and received smoke. The actual case is clear, however the rubberized outer portion is smoke color. There were no instruction and had a hard time getting the case apart to use put the phone in. The case itself appears to be of good quality, however pretty frustrated overall.

I purchased a brand new case. However once I received the package it was used and damaged!

Hard to install buttons are hard to push
So I love this case I just got it in today kinda a pain in the ass to install and the buttons are super hard to use. So far that’s the only issues I have with it. But then again I haven’t dropped it yet.

Such a good case! Compared to Otterbox for so much more money! Highly recommend!
