So far so good. Easy set up. Havent tried cup press yet. Made 25 hockey jerseys the first day with no issues.

The media could not be loaded. Love the pink color and how compact it is. Heavier than it looks but that's okay. Love that you have heat settings that you can keep in memory mode and not have to change time and temperature settings every time.

I just unboxed mine and used it for the first time. And the control box seems to not work properly. Timer doesn’t countdown, and temperature does not stay at the temp I set it at. Not sure what is wrong with it. Now says to late to return it not cool

I got just the pink heat press for the shirt function only so please only use this review for that portion of this listing. This is a heavy machine, which to me says high quality and let me tell you as a single woman it is not easy to move around and it is significantly bigger than I thought it would be. With that said, I wanted to start making t-shirts for friends and family and this seemed so much better than just using an iron.The instructions are easy to follow and there are also a lot of video instructions out there for this machine. Be very careful to make sure you let it cool down entirely before moving it anywhere. I accidentlaly put it on a plastic table about 20 minutes after use and almost immedietely noticed some browning on the table. Luckily it was a cheapie table so not a huge deal. The value for hte money and the durability seem to be great and I am really enjoying using this piece of machinery.

I'll be honest to say that we let this sit for a long time after ordering it because we were intimidated by it. My wife has always wanted a heat press, and used them at friends homes many times, but never on her own. It took a little "gearing up" for her to try it on her own.When the box was delivered we could barely carry it, it's heavy to say the least. Even taking it out of the box it's beyond heavy, but manageable, to make it portable. For me, that usually means its of good quality. My wife ordered the pink and she absolutely loves the color. This comes with a great set of instructions and is pretty easy and self explanatory, even for beginners like us. You basically plug it in and are good to go once you know the heat temperature, and time, you need to be at. I feel like that took us the longest....trying to figure out the right temperature based on the materials we are using. The instruction manual is extremely helpful with that but we double and triple checked everything because we were very fearful of either burning our fabric or our images not adhering to the fabric. We did many test runs on old clothes and with scrap vinyl and that gave us the confidence we needed to get going. We're actually really happy with how heavy it is because you know it will stay in place when you're opening and closing the lid, which is not heavy at all. We really like the slide out clam shell and really makes doing shirts very easy and helps to keep them lined up. Once lined up, and your temp and time is set, you close the lid until it beeps and you open it up. The heat level, timer and removing is a breeze. This functions so easily and honestly is much easier to use than we anticipated. We're not sure why we were so hesitant when we first got it. This is definitely a great quality machine, is easy to use thanks to the wonderful instructions, and the price was a lot cheaper than many others that we had looked at, especially with this size of a press. We're more than happy with everything about this.

This is an awesome heat press for beginners. I had never even thought to attempt to use one before. It's pretty self-explanatory but the instructions help. You've got a lot of control on temperature and such. It heats up pretty quickly and stays heated enough to do a few shirts in a row. I haven't really used it to its full potential but wanted to at least try it out and it works great. Not too heavy, and pretty portable. Absolutely worth it.
