I use them for everything: notes at work, budgeting, to do lists, all the many lists I like to make, tracking habits and activities. Lined paper is nice. Paper is sturdy. Coils don't come undone -- that drives me nuts and I like that it isn't an issue. Pockets are pretty sturdy but will give up eventually if overstuffed and used for more than a year. But the outside cover holds up very well. I think I've had almost every pattern. I love them all. Will always buy and I like to watch for price drops.
