I ordered these water guns for my 12 yr old son’s bday. Shortly after opening them, one of the guns stopped working. Almost like the trigger was stuck and no matter what we did we couldn’t get it to work. I reached out to Auktwe to let them know about the issue. They responded very quickly and replaced the order free of charge and it was delivered only days after they told me they were sending a new one. I couldn’t not be happier with the customer support response. We communicated via email but they were very polite and efficient. As far as the product itself, we are very happy. The kids, myself, even my mom enjoy playing with them. Definitely a must buy!

Cool idea and all but the quality is very low. The guns leaked out of the box and wouldn’t shoot more than an extremely small amount of water a few inches, more like a mist than a “blast”. We returned ours and will be shopping for something of higher quality.

This water blaster was an absolute hit with my nephew. I had no idea how far squirt gun technology had come since I was a kid. Gone are the days of pumping up a Super-Soaker for 47 minutes before being able to get back in the neighborhood all-out water war. Battery-powered water guns? Wow, this was a new one for me. It actually holds quite a bit of water and doesn't have the leakage problems the old-school guns do. It even has lights on it that make it look more realistic and cool. I wasn't expecting much for the amount I paid, but the water pistol was a great value for the money. We got a good amount of use out of it while we were having our water fights, and I'm sure we'll have a blast with it again when we're ready for another one. I would probably caution parents to keep this out of the hands of kids too young. If you have to consider whether your kid is old enough for a high-power water gun, you should probably hold off. Ages 4 or 5 and older are perfect. The gun makes an electronic noise when shooting, which is obvious, but I saw some reviews from parents who thought it was going to be silent. It most definitely is not silent. It's fun, it's electronic, and it has a pump that has to shoot water around 30 feet out of the barrel, so there will be some noise. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and don't have any complaints as of yet. I'll update my review if I experience anything negative, but so far, it's a winner in my book.

Insanely impressive guns that work great, until they don’t. Both broke in different ways after about an hour of play. Honestly they were so cool I wasn’t even that mad. Just don’t plan on having them very long

Bought for my boys. The water guns light up and look neat at night. They are easy to use and do not weigh much. They have a nice range. Great price. When we received the water guns, one of the water housings was leaking, but I wrote the company, and they replaced it right away.

Cool water guns. Wish the magazine/water holder was bigger/locked on with more confidence. Optic/battery is neat, helps keep the battery dry, but doesn’t really allow for battery mods. Shoots pretty far, like them. My son and I will have wars this summer!

Cool but one battery was not working. One gun was broken.

Excellent customer service. We had a small issue with one of the guns I sent an email about the issue. They responded very fast and resolved the issue within two days and sent a replacement
