Best RO system I have ever had. Water Drop is Great! I have struggled with other systems. This one proves itself as I have repeatedly tested water and it lives up to expectations. So easy to install replacements. Just turn and pull out old and put in new. Directions come with replacement.

Good Filter, but the Annual Replacement Feels Like a Trap
This filter does a great job – it’s definitely a must-have if you own the Waterdrop reverse osmosis system. Water tastes clean, and it’s nice knowing it’s reducing PFAS and other contaminants. But having to replace it every 1.5 year? Sometimes I feel like I’m caught in a capitalist loop. Still, it’s essential for keeping the system running smoothly, so I guess they’ve got me hooked.

Great filter replacement. Price is reasonable and replacement is every 2 years

Customer Service Horrible
My tds went from 8-13 all the way up to 341 with new defective RO cartridge and they would not replace it. Definitely go with other brand not water drop if you want quality customer service
