I started at just under 140 pounds. By the end of the month, I was around 155. It might also have to do with me starting out my workout journey but those are still some impressive numbers despite that! I accidentally ordered the vanilla flavor and I hate vanilla but I powered through and drunk it. Chocolate definitely tastes way better.
