Product durability was great. No issues did the job. I wish we would have purchased this in the beginning of our problems before renting the equipment twice. Which it still didn’t solve the problem. No complaints quality was outstanding. Would recommend you buy your own for maintenance of your home pipes.

Very easy to use. Good for most cleanouts. Even used to clean out main line that was clogged after a storm had pushed debris from the sewer into our system. Cheaper and better than one you can get at Home Depot.

My first time using this on 1-2-2025 and it broke at about 40' One of the 3 bearing assemblies on the auto feeder fell apart. I was able to put it back together and it worked with nearly all the 100' cable out and then back in. It seems to be OK now but you can see the first thread got a little hacked up. I think they should have used some sort of thread locker on these since there's a lot of vibration. I expect it will fall apart again.

You can pay a plumber or you can buy this. I am very, very grateful for this machine. I had tried a hand-turned 100 foot snake, but could not get it done. This thing has power and it got the job done.Its a quality machine and its a keeper.
