Review: Superb workbook from a brilliant doctor!! - I am sitting in Southern California absolutely thrilled to be holding this life-changing book from Tamara Rosier. Luckily mine arrived early! Upon reading "Your Brain's Not Broken", I was compelled to write a letter to Dr. Rosier thanking her for her pioneering and cutting edge work in attention disorder therapies. Tamara Rosier has created treasures for "our people" and this workbook shines among them. Dr. Rosier approaches the reader with compassion and understanding, laying out the chapters in logical order to optimize self guided healing. This work is brilliant and tremendously helpful for guys like me who have spent a lifetime trying to understand how to best harness the great power trapped within the chaos of an ADD brain. My brain is not broken, indeed, and by following the clearly outlined steps within this workbook I am discovering new and beautiful ways to enrich my life and even find a greater measure of peace. If you have read books from people like Dr. Daniel Amen through the years and wished for a more straightforward methodology, you will want to get your own copy of this workbook and its namesake. Savour every page and take notes, highlight, mark it up and make it yours because it will change your life in ways that you have always hoped for!! Many thanks to Tamara Rosier for once again putting words to our struggle, and helping us find a more linear path in a chaotic world. Most sincerely, Aaron Review: Buy it now! Life changing! - LIFE. CHANGING. Before I could even get to chapter 2, I realized that I was finally not alone. 43 years of never being enough, never getting it right, never living without a struggle all came to an end. I have sent this book to countless friends to help them discover that they are NOT BROKEN. It is 10/5. This book Completely sent my life on a new path and Ive never looked back.

Helpful
Did this with my 17yo old. Some of the questions felt a little “fluffy” and the questions didn’t feel like they directly correlated to the chapters (just the overarching big theme). But overall, it was a great way to get him thinking deeper about how to handle some of his challenges and make a plan for growth

use with the book
I got this for an ADHD book club after reading the book. You definitely need to have the book with you when using the workbook. It follows each chapter and the questions in it are very thought provoking and lead to interesting conversations.

I'm using this and reading the book, too
This seems to be a good-quality combination to help with my ever-worsening ADHD. I wasn't diagnosed until I was in my mid 30s (23 years ago; being a female who did well in school, and went far in her education, no one had a clue--not that ADD/ADHD was a thing in the '70s or '80s). It's a condition that, far from being something to grow out of, I seem to be growing into ever more. The partnered books are something I picked up recently and I'm highly skeptical in general but I'm reading more and actually doing the exercises in the book, which means that they are useful and engaging.
