I give 5 ⭐️… good product while using as a steam press. It’s a steam press rather than an iron… coz on using as an iron it’s performance is not adequate… but if you really need a steam press & not iron then you must buy it.. you won’t regret..

The item was functioning fine till about 1month 7bdays after purchase but then suddenly stopped working & bexame dead 😏 ,amazon correspendent asked to directly contact the company,We contacted them via Gmail and their correspendent Jaina gave a very good response and a full refund was issued back soon without returning the itemAlso this item has 2 year warranty which had not been advertised

NOT A GOOD CHOICE
The product did not even turn ON and aaruved dead on arrival and the brand didn't provide any assistance despite of many reminders mails it's a pathetic product not even a single revert was received from the brand to my mail if there was an option to rate on negative scale I would have done that NO SUPPORT FROM THE BRAND WHICH IS PATHETIC
