Used a knife 3 times to open plastic banding and the plastic section broke leaving the blade exposed. no longer a safety knife!

I received a pack of 8 box cutters, as described in the title, not the 5 pack that is mentioned in the listing description.The box cutters are very light weight, with small blades that are cleverly placed so they are not completely exposed. They are great at opening boxes by cutting though the tape. They are not so good at cutting through the actual cardboard, so less useful to cutting up cardboard.For opening packages, these are great, as they also prevent accidentally cutting the items inside the box as there is no long blade sticking into it.

The plastic snapped off 3 of these far to easy. Within the first day of using them !Not stong enough of durable at all!! Do not recommend

Perfect to keep by the recycling box for breaking down boxes so they fold smaller.Can be used to break through that stringy tape that Amazon use that is really difficult to tear.Sharp edges but tucked away where they cannot hurt you.Pointed tip for splitting the tape down the middle of the box.Would be nice if the blade could be replaced when blunt rather than throwing the whole thing away - not a fan of singly use plastic.Good design and well made.

Nice and light but the plastic cover on blades has come off so not very safe anymore

can not even cut shrink wrap with it by far the worst knife i have tried to use ever very blunt and weak totally useless piece of rubbish

You receive 8 x box opening tools with non replaceable blades.All the tools are the same size and not various sizes like the information page image shows you.The tools are 5.5 inches in length and are a flat shaped but still easy to hold and control the movement of while using.Very sharp blades which cut through sealed boxes and whichever securing method is used from parcel tape to string.Bright yellow colour so will not get misplaced in your pile of recycle waste while using.
