Exactly what I needed
It’s simple, sturdy, and really thick gauge metal. Came with a couple extra bolts, which is a nice touch, as well as grip tape. Highly recommended

Great dip bars, really like that they connect together to add sturdiness!
These dip bars are a versatile tool for your home gym that allow you to do multiple exercises with minimal space needed for storage.I have a small space in my basement for my home gym and it's already loaded with equipment such as a treadmill, bike, bench, free weights, etc. I wanted something for dips that I could put up and off to the side so that it wasn't always standing in the middle of my space. These dip bars by Kakiclay are just what I was looking for.Putting these together was a breeze - the bars fit together easily and use bolts to hold them in place. If you've put similar gym equipment together, you'll be able to do this and likely without even looking at the instructions. Once put together with the bolts tightened, the bars feel solid (they are made of steel) and are sturdy. The kit includes grip tape to wrap around the bars, as well. I use gloves when I work out and found that having a roll of grip tape is a smart and useful inclusion in the package. You can leave the bars separate, or in what is my favorite feature, you can connect them together with bridge bars that are easy to screw into the feet on each of the bars. Doing so makes these feel super sturdy. You can adjust the distance between the bars simply by where you attach the bridge bars into the feet (there are multiple holes that you can align on the feet and screw into). This gives you plenty of options if you want to do a narrower or wider dip. Once you're done with your workout, the large knob allows you to quickly detach the bars and move them off to the side without taking up a significant amount of floor space. So far, I've done dips and I've done pull-ups on this, and the bars are a perfect fit for my hands. I'm not a big guy and I'm guessing my grip is average for most individuals, so this should be comfortable for the vast majority of people. I'm also average height for a male and the dip bar height on these is perfect - I can pick my feet up and dip down without my knees hitting the floor. While having dip bars was not a crucial necessity for my small home gym, finding ones that fit my criteria (sturdy while being able to store off to the side and not take up a lot of space) prompted me to act. I am really happy that I did, because these are top-notch. Highly recommend.

Solid Dip Action!
These here are some of the best dip bars I have ever used in training. They are of a solid construction design, sturdy as all can be, and comfortable on the grip. Putting these together was quick and easy and if I want to break them down for storage, they are not to hard to take apart.I like how they have the ability to lock together, making these bars quite stable for standard dips and bodyweight rows. This locking ability can also be adjusted in 3 different ways. I took the middle route and that has worked ideally for my body type. Then I can also split the bars apart too for different angles of dips or just using one side at a time.I can also do slow muscle ups off these but I have to be careful of the momentum generated to keep myself from tipping with the bars. But it is possible. Leg raises, planches, and tucks all work fantastic here too. With a variety of different ways to grip for rows too. If you are comfortable and strong with a handstand, I believe you could work with these no problem. This dip station is excellent piece for my home gym and I'm sure to get many of grand years out of it. Combined with my pull up bar these are the ultimate upper body workouts. Even with a full fledged gym to choose from. The bars also come with a good roll of grip tape too if need be. I like the way the bars feel as is. So, I haven't tried that part out. But it will come in handy somewhere in the future.

Good dip bar set
The main reason this didn’t get five stars is this product is pushed so hard to be an “Americans should support American businesses” marketing strategy, and yet this was not made in America. Deceptive advertising. Also, this is a great dip bar set, it is sturdy and strong steel piping, I like it a lot, but there is a difference between the quality settled for when getting a great deal on pricing, and the best quality money can buy, the marketing paints this product as the best money can buy, which it is not.Otherwise, it is a great set of dip bars, the height and spacing allow for a lot of different body weight exercises and even gymnastic playing around to some extent. It works and stays stable through everything I have tried, but the marketing needs adjustment.

Very sturdy for the price, great workout tool!
I’ve been training with these parallel bars for a few months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. The solid construction and grip stability have allowed me to perform a wide range of calisthenics exercises, from dips, L-sits, Romanian pull ups to static moves like front lever and planche, with confidence. Honestly they are very solid thanks to the bars that connect the two together. They never shake or feel like they may fall over. The most significant benefit I’ve noticed is the increase in my upper body strength. My shoulders, arms, and core have become much more robust, and I can see the muscle definition that wasn’t there before. The bars are also great for enhancing balance and coordination, which has improved my overall athletic performance. What sets these bars apart is their versatility. They’re not just for gymnasts or calisthenics enthusiasts; anyone looking to build strength can use them. The kids love these bars too. I highly recommend these parallel bars to anyone serious about getting stronger and pushing their limits. They’re a fantastic investment in your fitness journey.
